WINS ministry was founded in Centreville, MI in 1995. With a central theme of training others in the prophetic and healing areas, WINS continues to impact churches, cities and continents with a relevant and simple message. In 2012 WINS will be starting "Pro-Heal" weekends at several venues in the US. In the near future in Latin America and other places.
Greg accepted the Lord when he was 13 years old. Coming from a Mennonite background, he had an encounter with the Holy Spirit at age 16. Due to a sports injury, his back was diagnosed with a lifelong injury that was instantly healed. He began preaching that same year. God began working through him with healings and prophetic words. He was ordained in 1989 in Sturgis, MI. He attended Rhema Bible Instiute in 1984 and in 1985 served with Youth with a Mission in Jamaica. While on outreach in the Dominican Republic, God gave him a burden for Latin America and has worked in different Latin countries for almost 30 years. For the last 8 years he has traveled to Asia and God has given him great favor to minister there and a special love for the Asian people.
Lucy was born and raised in Costa Rica. At age 20 she healed after suffering with a life-threatening heart condition. Since that point, God has used her in the gifts of healing, prophecy and discerning of spirits. With a background in psycology she has counseled and has rescued many. Since childhood she has always had a heart to care for children, especially children in need. Because of this God-given desire she is founding a new organization called "Projecto Butterfly." This ministry is focused on adoption and helping children in need. With her ability in the arts, she is anticipating to see them used in new ways for the kingdom. Lucy was ordained in 2006.
Josh (21) is a Junior at UTA in Arlington studying bussiness. He has a passion for young people and is currently serving in the finance department at WINS and at the local church.
Jonathan (19) is a freshman at college in Fort Worth. His passion is working with his generation using the arts to present the Gospel message.
Sarah (12) is a seventh grader at CLPS in Fort Worth. She is multitalented in the arts and cooking.
Max (3) is a smart three year old that loves people and enjoys his toys. He is the newest member of the Miller's and is already starting to show his multiple talents for ministry.
Jan 4, 2011 the Shingledecker family arrived in Texas to serve the Miller family and WINS Ministry in various administrative duties.
Roger, Rebecca, Layla and Zakary have spent most of their lives in Michigan, but have also called Fort Bragg, North Carolina & Lafayette, Louisiana home as well. In addition, Roger spent a year stationed in South Korea with the Army.
Roger & Rebecca were married in April 1992 and then were blessed with Layla (1994) & Zakary (1997). They share a passion for serving God as a family in whatever opportunity arises. They strive to be found faithful to God wherever they are planted and attentive to hearing God's voice to do His will.
Father & son share a passion for all things technical and can be found running sound, lights, computers etc at any church they have been a part of; Roger also serves as Media Director for WINS.
Layla can often be found babysitting children. She has had a love for kids from a young age and this draws children to her. Rebecca is a home school mom to Layla-17 & Zakary 14. She loves to learn and then convey to others what God has poured into her heart; she also serves as Director of Public Relations for WINS.
They are very excited to see what God has in store for them with WINS Ministry!

Messengers is a prophetic training course consisting of 3 levels, Hearing God’s Voice, Messengers & Advanced Messengers. It is fashioned to train a group of individuals in the local church to hear the voice of God, sharing the message of God and walking in spiritual authority. The course involves classroom training, classroom activation and application in a Sunday service. At the conclusion of the training there will be a graduation ceremony with a certificate of completion being awarded to each student.
This is an in depth study of who we are through Christ as a child of God and how we as children can hear clearly and specifically from God the Father. In this study we learn practical ways of recognizing God’s voice so that it becomes “normal” to hear from Him every day. Your confidence is guaranteed to grow by taking this course.
Building on the previous studies we will learn how to convey a word from the Lord to others. We will discuss in depth the revelatory gifts of the Holy Spirit; those gifts will be understood and activated at new levels in your life. The gift of prophecy will be taught in practical ways so as to be used in a church setting to help build the local body of believers.
In this final level, students are challenged to exercise a greater authority in your understanding and giftings. You will also learn how the Kingdom of God and the spiritual world operates and how you as a spiritual person interact with that world. Additionally, Advanced Messangers will challenge you to use your gifts outside of the four walls of the church.

She experienced tremendous rejection from family and friends having her identity taken as a young girl. As a young lady she was accepted to the convent to become a nun. Three days before she entered, she had an encounter with Christ and cancelled her plans for the convent. Some years later she married Greg and now focuses her passion on the "ButterflyProject" an adoption ministry.
